Terms at 330 E Bay Blvd S

Up to 2 dogs may be considered at $200 additional per dog per month plus an additional security deposit. Absolutely no cats, ferrets, or other animals, and no smoking of any kind. Rental rate for 60 days: $7,500 per month. Over 60 days: $5,400 per month and partial months can be prorated over 60 days. Water, sewer, internet, and trash included in rent. Gas and electric at renter's cost. We'd love to hear from you and give a tour (in person or video call) if you meet the following: ability to provide first month's rent + security deposit equal to one month's rent at lease signing, and proof of income or assets. We will require a background check (at our cost) with no major criminal convictions for all people 18 or older who would occupy the home. The lease holder must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the home throughout the majority of the lease term. References that you are good humans and neighbors!
