I am looking to convert my furnished rentals into homes for long term renters of 1+ year(s). This home has all utilities included, & free onsite laundry. The goal is to make it easy and simple so that you can come, plug & play, and have a place to create community. I've traveled as a digital nomad and have loved staying in homes put together with love and care, so I've started to do the same. I think the world needs community now, more than ever. This is an individual home in a Quad-plex. Each unit has its own private entrance, independent living space, and autonomy. At the same time, we're hoping to cultivate a friendly, respectful sense of community where people of all ages, genders, ethnicities feel welcome and at home. I am looking for renters who want to be a part of creating that community. That could mean building a food forest in the yard together, having art nights, shared movies outside, or getting excited about whatever creating community means to you. The vision is simple: A place where people can enjoy their own space, while also having opportunities for connection, collaboration, and belonging.
