The entire unit is tiled throughout, offering a fresh and airy feel. Enjoy exclusive access to a refreshing pool and a private patio area for soaking up the sun. Worry-free parking is provided with an assigned space and an extra guest space for added convenience. Nestled in a vibrant local neighborhood, this condo is a short stroll to the beach, with the nearest public beach access just 0.3 miles away. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere with an array of restaurants, bars, and family-friendly activities like mini golf and arcades nearby. Being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment offers the perfect location for a carefree stay. Uber and Lyft are ideal options for exploring the area. As a ground floor unit, palmetto bugs and sand fleas may occasionally visit. The HOA is currently completing exterior maintenance on parts of the building, which may result in occasional workers or daytime construction noise. The patio door is temporarily restricted for guest use. Check-out time is 10 am, and guests who are not checked out by this time will be charged a $50 fine. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour if approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host, or Host's Agent, may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. If guests lock themselves out, they are responsible for the locksmith fee. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, with quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to use regular hand/bath towels with skin products, as makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed on the property except with prior written authorization, and a $100 pet fee will be applied once pets are approved. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. If dog waste is not picked up from the yard, a $250 fee will be charged. No events or vendors entering the property are prohibited. Guests must report hazardous items to avoid an accident. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property. Guests must notify of expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A parking pass is available at the unit and must be returned, or charges will apply. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Includes a 55-inch modern TV for entertainment. The HOA is currently completing exterior maintenance on parts of the building. You may occasionally see workers or hear daytime construction noise during your stay.
