Apartment has wood floors, high ceilings, plaster walls, air conditioning, radiator heat. University Circle is a quiet, one-way street, one block from Rugby Road, with easy access to the University bus line and central grounds (very close to the Architecture School).
The apartment is in the middle of a row of three apartments; a one bedroom on one side, another studio on the other, and all three over a row of storage garages, that make up the rear building of this complex. The apartments are accessed by a set of stairs and porch along the length of the building. The apartment faces East on the front (and kitchen side of the apartment) and West on the far side, so it gets lovely light throughout the day. The apartment is over a garage, so no one living above or below and with plaster walls, likely no noise from either neighbor.
