This rental will be available August 15th.… It is located in the Rockshire neighborhood, conveniently located close to 270, and nearby to the red line metro, downtown Rockville and the Rio/Crown. There is also a Montgomery County bus stop 0.4 of a mile down the road. It is located on a quiet court, next to lovely neighbors. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two bathrooms are upstairs, one is in the primary and one for the other two bedrooms. There is a powder room on the main level and a full bathroom in the basement. There is a front loader washer and dryer in the basement as well. The home currently feeds into Fallsmead Elementary, Robert Frost Middle, and Wootton High School. The community has great walking paths and playgrounds. There is a community pool for use from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The rental includes two parking spots directly in front of the home and guest spots are available in the court. The home does not come furnished, some of the pictures show what the living room and dining room might look like furnished. It has fresh coats of paint. Work is scheduled for the basement, in a couple of days the carpet will be removed and replaced with brand new vinyl flooring. Applicants will be required to complete a Zillow application, which includes a credit check. The rental is $3000 a month which, utilities are not included.
