Bedroom in Beautiful Home Perfect Location Near T One Bedroom in Large Four Bedroom Home (Somerville - Porter / Davis square area) We're looking for an awesome new roommate to join our 4 bedroom apartment! The room is $1050 per month and will be available starting June 1 and when the lease renews on September 1. We're looking for someone who is interested in moving in this summer and staying through at least next year (by signing the Sept 1 lease). Features include: Large kitchen, living, and dining rooms Large sunny well equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher Front and back porches (front porch has great sunset views, both are nice for lounging) 2 Full Bathrooms 3 min walk from Porter Square Red Line MBTA Station (also a commuter rail stop) and plenty of bus lines. 10 min walk to Davis Square, 20 min walk to Harvard Square. Shaw's supermarket and 24-hour CVS, hardware store, Minuteman bike path, coffee shops, yoga, gyms, all right nearby. Easy permit Parking on street, also possible off-street parking in shared driveway Free laundry in the basement. Extra storage space in the basement. High-speed Internet & Cable subscription Cherry Street is a quiet street that's close to everything. The location is truly unbeatable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are large and comfortable. There's also a coat closet, a cabinet, bookshelves, and plenty of storage space in the basement with easy access for bicycles. Our landlord is very nice and responsive. The available bedroom is one of the larger ones (12.5 x 11.5). It's located on the second floor, with 3 bay windows and a small closet. The bedroom gets good sunlight and overlooks the neighbor's garden. It has wood flooring and was recently replastered and repainted. A queen-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, and small desk fit comfortably in the room. Some of the room furniture may be available for purchase (we'll post more details as they become available). We are currently 4 professionals (4 men) age 30's - 40s. Our housemate is returning to Europe around June 1. The 3 of us have varied interests including hiking, cycling, backpacking, exploring the city, seeing local art, comedy, and music. Our vocations are in software development, salesforce admin, and support. We're open to anyone who could be a good housemate, men and women, etc. We like to maintain a friendly, conversational atmosphere while also pursuing our own interests, and we consider our apartment our home. We like to cook and use the kitchen, and we're good about washing our dishes and keeping common areas clean. We're looking for someone in a similar age range, financially responsible, and considerate. A good sense of humor and eclectic tastes are definite pluses! Cost of utilities is about $90 per month (for gas and electric) plus $20 for cable / high speed internet. Gas and electric payment amounts are on a budget plan, and do not change each month. Our utility costs are very reasonable with an efficient boiler and good insulation.
