Lease terms

Owner pay for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electricity. First month and deposit is due at signing of the lease. One pet allowed per renter up to 40 pound. Rent is due before the 10th of the month, after the 10th it will be $60.00 dollars late fee. After the 15th of the month, renter may be subject to notice to quit or vacate the apartment. Parking is optional, the fee is $60.00 dollars per parking space. Under not circumstances renters are allowed to leave any belongings in the commons area of the building. Anything left on the commons area will be disposed without a notice.Commons area are; the parking lot from porch, back yard and front and back stairs. Visitors can't park in the parking lot. Only people who are in the lease are allowed to live in the apartment.
