I am renting out a covered RV pad (22'x18') on a 1/3rd acre lot for someone with a camper, camper van, trailer or otherwise self contained setup. Mont by month okay but priority will be given to someone who can stay at least into the fall. There is also a tiny home on the property that I will be using when I am around, mostly on weekends. Pets allowes on a case by case basis. Borders USFS land, is a short walk to Peshastin Creek and there is a community swimming pond in the neighboorhood. Electristy, water and WiFi are included in price. Must have current employment and at least one employer reference and housing references. I am looking for someone who will be a good fit and am not in a rush to fill.
