Resident Benefits Package (RBP): All tenants are required to enroll in the Resident Benefits Package. This third-party program includes pest control, air filter delivery to your door, utility setup assistance, credit building, and more. The cost is $39.95 per month and will be added to your monthly ledger. More details will be provided upon application. All tenants must carry a minimum of $100,000 in renters' liability insurance.
