Lease Terms and Tenant Responsibilities The lease duration is 12 months and may be renewed annually based on updated terms and conditions. Rent is subject to change upon renewal. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. This includes, but is not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes. Tenants must follow all HOA rules and regulations. A copy of the HOA rules will be provided to the tenant. Any fines, penalties, or fees resulting from the tenant's violation of HOA rules will be the tenant's responsibility. The garage and driveway can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles. Long-term street parking is not permitted by the HOA. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused to the property by themselves, their guests, pets, or through negligence. Any repair costs related to such damages will be the tenant's responsibility.
