Well behaved small and medium size dogs are allowed. No smoking in the house, but there is plenty of quiet, private outdoor space to slip out. We have a very private driveway, only shared with 3 houses, parking for 4 cars available in front of the house. There is a separate rental space with private entrance and parking- currently rented as a personal office by owner. If tenant would like an office space as part of the agreement, that can be arranged.
