Lease Terms A 12-month lease is required. The home is offered fully furnished and decorated as shown. Utilities are not included and are the tenant's responsibility. Pets are welcome with owner approval. Tenants are responsible for keeping the home, furnishings, decor, and all household items in clean, good condition throughout the lease. The property includes indoor and outdoor plants, which tenants agree to water and care for during the tenancy. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Tenants are responsible for replacing light bulbs (if needed during the lease), and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to help prevent further damage. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by pets or guests, is the tenant's responsibility. Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease. A security deposit, first month's rent, and a completed application with credit, income, rental history, and background screening are required before move-in.
