Easy street parking is available, and the space is equipped with both cold air conditioning and hot heat for your comfort. Entertainment options include a 55-inch Philips flat-screen TV with DirecTV and fiber unlimited wireless high-speed internet. A washer and dryer are also free unlimited and on the same floor, along with a BBQ gas grill for outdoor cooking. Eco Features: The Eco Studio is designed with sustainability in mind. It features photovoltaic solar panels on the roof to harness renewable energy, and rainwater harvesting is used to water the landscaping in the courtyard. A covered compost barrel is provided for organic waste management. The exterior lighting utilizes energy-efficient LEDs, including dark-sky lighting and solar LED walkway lighting. If you have an electric car, there is a private charging station in the driveway (Level 2 - 240V) for your convenience.
