If you like to be close to stuff (downtown square, TWU, library, city swimming pool and park), this might be a good choice for you. If you appreciate outdoor space and like to move your body once in a while, then you will certainly enjoy Quaker Town park across the street! This 2 bedroom 1 bath was built in 1970 and is not brand new by any means, but is well maintained and has very large room sizes and even a place to put a kitchen table like folks used to have. The living room is quite large and has an attached kitchen with lots of cabinets. The bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment and both have fair sized closets, and large windows like the front room. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. We tried in the past and had too many conflicts and complaints from neighbors about sounds and unsavory odors. We are very easy going at Floyd Realty and tend to run our business as a win-win for the tenants and us, because we consider our tenants a real asset and treat them accordingly! We dont charge extra/hidden fees like the big complexes and when tenants move at the end of their lease, we dont look for obscure reasons to retain deposits. All tenants have my cell number and my son's and when a problem arises, we are a text away. We don't require a formal written request to get our help. In essence we "treat others the way we would like to be treated".
