Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon inquiry. Pets are allowed. Smoking and events are not allowed. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted in the pool area. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. This apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The shared laundry and trash room is located on the second floor, between units N231 and N232. Registration fee: $50 (one time only).Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes.
