Lease terms
No smoking inside the home but the balconies are acceptable smoking spots. I am renting this townhome fully furnished and for either short term (even a month to month) or long term but priority will be for full year+ renters. I welcome pets and I expect that they can be cared for properly in the home as well as any damages caused by the pets will be repaired. Utilities will be a flat $120 a month plus electricity. Utility payment alternatives can be discussed and negotiated prior to signing the lease (I am open to alternative solutions beyond flat monthly payments). Large damages will be reasonably assessed at the end of the lease and potentially covered by the security deposit if the damage can not be affectively remedied by the tenant or owner. I am former military and will prioritize military for tenants. Reach out if you are interested in renting.
