We want every resident to feel at home while maintaining a clean, safe, and well cared for community. Please review the following lease terms before applying: Lease Term: All leases are 12 months. Rent: Due on the 1st of each month. Security Deposit: Required before move in. Amount varies based on the application. Utilities: The owner pays for water. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas (if applicable), trash (if applicable), internet/Wi-Fi, cable, and any other utilities not specifically provided by the owner. Pets: Up to 3 pets are welcome with approval. A pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent per pet apply. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the apartment or building. Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Occupancy: Only approved residents listed on the lease may occupy the home. Maintenance: Residents should promptly report maintenance concerns to help keep the property in excellent condition. Property Care: Residents are expected to keep the home clean and notify management of any issues that could cause damage. Parking: Parking is available in designated areas only. Application: All applicants 18 years and older must complete an application and meet our screening requirements.
