Overall it's a great little spot, my wife and I live on the same block, and we own the house next to it as well and it is also a furnished rental with a traveling nurse currently renting. As noted, we are 2 blocks from the hospital, as well as 5 blocks from a fire station. You WILL hear sirens everyday. This is a downtown area with plenty of traffic, loud cars, music, trash trucks, etc.
