Seeking: Roommate For A 2 Bed-2 Bath in Santa Monica on San Vicente. It's super close to the bluffs and just a walk down the stairs to the beach. About the space: It is a gorgeous and spacious apartment (roughly 1000sqft), large bedroom with great lighting and full private ensuite, tons of storage space in the room and entire apartment, and a nice patio space in the building. The room is currently furnished with a king bed, dresser, and side tables but you are more than happy to furnish yourself. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished for the most part for $2,300 with parking or $2,200 without. We could absolutely use a few things here and there to complete the vibe and make it feel like your own. I want to make sure it feels like your home too!! Looking for chill predictable vibes that are easy on the nervous system, someone to say hello to when you come home, share a meal, watch a series or just corregulate in the space. I prefer a 30+ woman who works out of the home but not necessary. I'm out of the apt most mornings 3-4x week. A little about me: Im up and to bed early and would love someone on a similar schedule. Big party people or someone with a lot of overnight guests would prob not be a good match.
