The unit was updated four years ago, with a gas stove, nice fridge, dishwasher and your very own washer and dryer. There is a nice sized bedroom with ample storage, a kitchen area with room for a table, and a fun living room. ALSO, there is an additional room that could be used for a den, extra creative space, storage and is also the laundry area. The tenant will be responsible for half the following utilities: Seattle City light (electric ), water, sewer, garbage, PSE (gas) and internet (good!!) If you want cable you are responsible for the entire bill. The owner will receive the bills and share your costs as they arise. The owners on the main floor will be responsible for setting out and returning the garbage containers. No smokers, no pets. 700 credit score or higher. 2.5 income to rent value. First months rent due on the first, late after the 5th with a $50 late fee. $700 refundable damage deposit. Rent can be paid via venmo, PayPal, Zelle. Application includes: my application, not Zillow, government ID, references, credit report, verification of income. I am the manager for the owners. (Recently the owners were the renters and I was the owner and now only the manager. ;) ) FYI, the back part of the property is a newly built , very cool detached DADU occupied by the DADU's owner.
