Utilities include electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet. Tenants are expected to use utilities responsibly and avoid excessive usage. * Lawn Care Included: Professional lawn care is provided by the owner, so you can simply enjoy the outdoor space without the maintenance. * Fully Furnished: The home is fully furnished and move-in ready. Please treat all furnishings, appliances, and household items with care. * No Pets: To maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all residents, pets are not permitted. * No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or garage. * Occupancy: Only tenants listed on the lease may reside in the home unless approved in writing by the owner. * Respect for the Home: We ask all tenants to help keep the home clean and in good condition and to notify the owner promptly of any maintenance concerns. * Move-Out: The home should be returned in a clean condition, with all furnishings and household items in their original locations, with $200 move out cleaning fee.
