Lease terms

This lease is for a fixed term of six (6) months and is limited to two (2) occupants and one (1) small pet. Any additional occupant must receive the Landlord's prior written approval and will be subject to an additional charge of $100 per month per person. The required security deposit is specified elsewhere in this agreement. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted after 10:00 p.m. Laundry facilities may not be used between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Tenants will not have access to adjust the thermostat, which will generally be maintained between 70 F and 71 F by the Landlord. The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that all household members and guests comply with the terms of this lease and all property rules. This lease is valid only when signed by both the Landlord and the Tenant. This is a fixed-term lease and will expire at the end of the lease term unless both parties agree in writing to enter into a new lease. It does not automatically renew.
