Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 pm. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 pm. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property; the fine is $500. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters. For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera and a camera for the backyard and driveway.
