Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. Excess trash must be removed and dishes washed before checkout, or a fine will be incurred. Furniture must be moved back before departure. All doors and windows must be locked before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed without written authorization and must be on a leash when in the front yard and in the neighborhood.
