The cottage has original hardwood floors, a cozy bedroom, and a charming little sunroom that makes an ideal home office for anyone who works from home. A split AC unit keeps the cottage cool in the summer and cozy in the winter.
Outside, the fully enclosed backyard is designed for relaxing and entertaining, with a hammock and a large farm table perfect for outdoor meals. It also provides a safe outdoor space for a dog.
The laundry is located in a separate laundry shed and is shared with the front house.
The cottage is semi-furnished, but the furniture can be removed if you prefer an unfurnished space. Furniture can also be provided if needed.
Best of all, you're within walking distance of everything Atwater has to offer including the Atwater Farmers' Market, Spina, Club Tee Gee, Bar Sinizki, Dune, and many other great spots along Glendale Boulevard. You can also walk to Zebulon, Salazar, and Momed by heading in the opposite direction.
There is plenty of unrestricted street parking.
