Juno Beach and its pristine coastline are a short drive away, along with Loggerhead Marine Life Center and beautiful parks. Head north to Jupiter to explore the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse, Harbourside Place on the Intracoastal, and Roger Dean Stadium for spring training baseball. To the south, experience the best of West Palm Beach with Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue luxury shopping, Clematis Street nightlife, the Palm Beach GreenMarket, and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
This is a family-friendly neighborhood, and quiet hours are from 8 PM to 9 AM, with no loud music inside or out. There is a $400 fee for smoking or vaping inside. There are to be a maximum of 3 cars on the property, with no street parking. If the gas BBQ grill and kitchen oven are left dirty after use, a $150 cleaning fee applies.
