This is a 500 sq.ft. cozy 1920s bungalow in South Park with views of Mexico in the distance and Navy ships. It comes with a smaller washer and dryer, a/c, and dishwasher inside the unit. There is a steep driveway. Most people prefer parking on street in front of house. There is a small storage shed that the tenant can use. It will fit a bike or boxes. The home was fully renovated in 2018. The home is probably best for a minimalist due the smaller space and minimal storage options. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The nearest bus stop is a half-mile as well as the nearest grocery store. Mini Target is less than a mile away along with a wonderful assortment of restaurants, breweries, bars, and gyms. It should be mentioned that this home is in the flight path so there is plane noise from 600am to 1100pm most days. This is not usually a problem for most people and you get used to the planes once settled into the home. The landlord/owner (Me) lives on the property in the house behind this one. Privacy is a priority and you won't be bothered unless necessary for maintenance, etc.
