The space
Unwind along the picturesque cliffs of Solana Beach. This modern, sun-filled condo is just steps from the ocean and a short stroll to the famous art galleries, restaurants and home shops of Cedros Design District.
Surfing, body boarding, boogie boarding, and ocean swimming are a short walk down zig-zagging wooden steps to miles of beach in both directions. The gated, oceanfront complex features a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, and 5-minute walk to public beach access.
It's a family-friendly, single-level space with a pack-n-play. One can walk to Fletcher Cove beach/playground, the Coastal Rail Trail (biking, running, walking) and Dog Beach.

The unit itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and appliances in good condition. Dedicated parking was great. The view of the ocean from the complex is gorgeous. Stairs go down directly to the beach, but be aware that they end in a ladder, so those with bad knees or other mobility issues might want to take the (easy) walk along the street to Fletcher Cove." Fletcher Cove is a nearby popular secluded beach, just head out of the complex and walk 5 minutes north. We have a beach wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs for your use.
