New 96+ efficient central heat and 16 SEER A/C, and during the remodel, extra effort was made to better insulate the shell to keep your utility costs reigned in compared to other older homes in the area. Bedrooms all have custom made full-length mirrors, plus closets are lighted and each have built-in organization for clothing.
