This warm, welcoming home available for rent is located in the West Hill neighborhood of the city of Ithaca. It's convenient to everything that Ithaca has to offer, but is quietly located away from the busy downtown streets. This house offers 1 bedroom on the first floor, and 4 bedrooms on the second floor with a finished attic to use as you wish. There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with working washer and dryer. There is a large deck in the back that overlooks a beautiful view of Ithaca in the winter, and is surrounded by green in the summer with a fenced in yard and doggie door to allow your pup easy access. Dogs are allowed with deposit. The house comes unfurnished. The furniture pictured in the photos will be removed. We would request that a maximum of 3 adults live here(this isn't a restriction on children). Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal. This is an owner operated house, not a property manager. We are very flexible, available and willing to help when needed. This house is available to rent starting July 7, 2025.
