Location is ideal - near Hwy 1 & 9, Costco, downtown SC. Adjacent to Pogonip Park on a peaceful acre attached to Common Roots Farm with a willow-draped running creek. Short drive to UCSC campus, shopping, beach, etc.
The bedroom available is a downstairs, private room with sliding doors and thus has private access to the outside. Shared bathroom.
Spacious rooms, all-electric (solar!), new appliances, room-by-room heat & a/c, high-speed fibre. One person may occupy the room. Street parking only on Golf Club Drive.
Security deposit is $1,400.00. A $35 non-refundable background and credit report fee per applicant and co-signer will be charged for applicants under final consideration.
Others in house include three young men and one young women: all have intellectual disabilities and two have physical disabilities as well. Each has a 1:1 caregiver that accompanies them during the day and sleep in the house at night.
