Furnished & equipped with single bed, futon, large closets, bureau, adjustable height desk, access to full bathroom w/shower & bathtub, WiFi, & laundry. Use of kitchen w/ fridge, sink, microwave, and stove. Common space with big windows, cable T.V., and patio with bay & city views. Utilities (gas/electricity/water/WiFi) included.

Partial work-trade, at $22/hour for light chores (twice/week dishes and laundry).
Qualifications: Mature, Enthusiastic, Organized, English proficiency, non-smoking, cooking and massage experience a plus...and those that have a well mannered dog are encouraged!
Perfume/scent discretion mandatory. (Ah-choo!)
Must have a set school and/or other part time job schedule.
