Lease terms

Routine quarterly property inspections are included as part of the lease agreement. These scheduled inspections help ensure the home is well maintained, identify maintenance needs early, and protect both the tenant and the property. Advance notice will be provided before each inspection in the terms of the lease. Monthly Rent: $1,500 Security Deposit: $1,500 Lease Term: 12 months Application Fee: $75 per applicant (19 years of age and older) Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property premises. This is a smoke-free property. No pets are permitted. A completed rental application and approval are required before a property showing will be scheduled. Each applicant age 19 or older must complete a separate application and criminal background screening. Verification of employment, income, and rental history is required. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in. No subleasing or short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are permitted. Property is professionally managed by Unlimited Realty, LLC.
