The large eat-in kitchen (15' x 16') has original wall cabinets and new base cabinets with granite countertops, a deep commercial style sink, pull-down faucet, and high quality stainless appliances. A custom island provides space for eating and socializing while thoughtfully designed lighting combines pendants and track lights with under cabinet thread lighting. In addition to the kitchen, there are four spacious and light filled rooms. The apartment has original poplar floors, natural woodwork, large windows, 10 ft. ceilings, and two decorative fireplaces. The bathroom features original wainscoting and a leg tub for soaking. A separate laundry/shower room contains a subway tiled rain shower and stacked full-size washer/dryer.
The home enjoys a private back yard with garden and historic barn. One assigned parking space comes with the unit, and street parking is available with permit. Tenant pays all utilities. Minimum lease term is one year, with a deposit of one month's rent.
No smoking of any kind in unit. Cats may be allowed with non refundable deposit of $150 and $25/month pet fee. We are not inclined to accept dogs as they have been a liability in the past, sadly.
