Lease Terms Lease Duration The lease term is for one (1) year. The lease does not automatically renew. Tenants must sign a new lease each year to continue occupancy. Smoking is not permitted in any apartment or any common area. Maintenance and Repairs Tenants must promptly report any maintenance or repair issues. Routine repairs and general maintenance will be handled by property management. Alterations Tenants may not make alterations, paint, or perform improvements without the landlord's prior written consent. Landlord Responsibilities The landlord is responsible for maintaining common areas, landscaping, and pest control. Insurance Tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance for the entire duration of the lease.
