Utilities & Lease Terms Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, and internet/cable service. The home is equipped with solar panels that typically generate approximately 30-40 kWh per day on average. With normal household usage, electricity costs are generally very low and may be as little as $10 per month, depending on energy consumption and solar production. Any electricity usage that exceeds solar generation will be the tenant's responsibility. The owner covers HOA dues and provides landscape maintenance. Additional Requirements No smoking. Renters insurance is required. Security deposit is due upon lease signing. First month's rent is due prior to move-in. Applicant Qualifications Applicants should have verifiable income, good credit history, and positive rental references. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Responsible pet owners are welcome, subject to an additional pet deposit. We are looking for respectful tenants who will take pride in the home and care for it as their own.
