Lease Terms: 12m lease. Security Deposit: Same as rent. Due within 48 hours of being approved. Security deposit needs to be paid before a lease will be issued. First Month's Rent (Prorated if not moved in on the first) Water, electricity, internet/tv are the tenants responsibility. Washer & Dryer currently in home and are as-is. Once they go, it's up to tenant to get their own. Ideal Canidate will have a credit score of 680 or better, three times the monthly rental income with two month's pay stubs (can be combined b/t co applicants), nothing currently in collections, no bankruptcies in the last 7 years, no evictions within the last 7 years, good rental history and references. We will not consider renting to a potential tenant who has been convicted of a felony. This is a non-smoking and no pet home. Will consider co-signer. Applications are sent through Smartmove by TransUnion. Everyone 18 and older will need to complete the necessary credit/background check. Each applicant will pay the $44.00 application fee directly to Tranunion. No other applications fees apply.
