Snow removal is done and paid for when it snows over 2 inches. Trash/recycling is paid for. One will need to set up your own electric, water and internet accounts. (There is no gas in the building nor a fireplace). One year lease, renews are welcome. Rent due first of the month online w/ Zelle. Security deposit due w/ lease signing to hold the unit. It is refundable at the end of your term if the condo is in good condition. First and last months rent is due upon moving in at $2000/ month.
