Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor for added convenience. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $150 per approved pet, and unauthorized pets or pets over the weight limit may incur a $300 charge. Up to four vehicles are allowed and must park in the driveway; extra vehicles or off-driveway parking will incur a $75 per vehicle per day charge and towing may be enforced. Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of the Shenandoah Valley, this exclusive retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views. The neighborhood is characterized by its wide-open spaces and wooded landscapes. Despite its secluded feel, the property is conveniently located a short drive from Front Royal, known as the "Canoe Capital of Virginia," offering easy access to river activities, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, and local wineries. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended from November to April due to the gravel road access. Exterior cameras are installed at the driveway, front door, and the lower exterior corner of the home for security purposes; there are no cameras inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, with one warning issued; the first disturbance after the warning results in a $500 fee and cancellation. No smoking inside, and detection of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed, and violation results in an $800 cleanup fee plus damage charges and possible termination of stay. Dogs or children under 18 should never be left alone on the property, violation results in a $250 fee. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property or main road; violation results in a $150 charge. All trash must be bagged before placing it in the dumpster; failure to do so results in a $100 cleanup fee. Use or possession of federally banned substances is prohibited, and violation leads to immediate cancellation eviction and no refund. Please keep all exterior doors closed when not in use to prevent insects from entering the property; failure to do so resulting in insect infestation or evidence of bugs requiring additional cleaning or pest treatment will result in an additional fee of up to $150. A hot tub waiver is required and will be sent via your guest portal link.
