At night, the clear mountain air provides an unforgettable stargazing experience.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $150 per approved pet. Unauthorized pets or pets over the weight limit may incur a $300 charge. Dogs or children under 18 should not be left alone on the property, and violations result in a $250 fee. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property or main road, with violations incurring a $150 charge. All trash must be bagged before placing it in the dumpster, with failure to do so resulting in a $100 cleanup fee.
Nestled on the side of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Vue offers a secluded escape with incredible panoramic views. It's conveniently located a short drive from Front Royal, known as the "Canoe Capital of Virginia," offering access to river activities on the Shenandoah River, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, and local wineries. The town provides restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.
A well-maintained gravel road leads to the property; 4WD or AWD is recommended from November to April, though 2WD is usually fine the rest of the year. No smoking is permitted inside, and detection of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM; one warning will be issued, and the first disturbance after the warning results in a $500 fee and cancellation. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed, with violations resulting in an $800 cleanup fee plus damage charges and possible termination of stay. Use or possession of federally banned substances is prohibited, leading to immediate cancellation, eviction, and no refund. For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the driveway, front door, and the lower exterior corner of the home; there are no cameras inside the home.
