Number of Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 3 bedroom 1 large Bath w/tub Max Occupants: 4-5people MAX Square Footage: 1200sqft house with attached 20x30 large Shop with storage loft. Lease Duration: One-year lease required would consider month to month but rent would be higher. Rent Price: $1,900 per month Move-in Costs: First and last month's rent + $2,000 security deposit (payment arrangements could be made for deposit into three payments but not preferred) Pet Policy: NO Pets allowed due to owner highly allergic. Late Fees: $95 by the 6th, +$50 every day after that until payment is made for max of 20% of monthly rent.. *PLEASE don't be late if you are late I'm late to pay the mortgage and no one wins. NSF Fee: $50 for any returned payments Utilities & Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, trash removal, internet, and cable.
