This 3bdrm 2bath home is in the heart of Atwater Village.… You would have a separate (no shared walls) bedroom with your own bathroom and full access to the rest of the home - kitchen, den, dining room, and living room. You'd be living with a young married couple who love dogs, but cannot have any more pets in the house. Must be okay with dogs of all sizes as we have one of each. They LOVE people and are house broken.
There is a small outdoor courtyard that gets direct sun, and a communal home washer/dryer that can be used. The house comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The garage can also be used for storage if needed.
This home is in a great location in Atwater Village. It's walkable to both Glendale blvd with plenty of restaurants and shops and Fletcher which has restaurants, shops, access to the 2, 5, and 110 - as well as zebulon for music lovers. The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking and no parking restrictions.
