There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are responsible for refilling supplies during their stay. Propane for the grill is not guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
