This 1912 home is approx. 2,400sqft that is spread out among three stories and is entered via a large, covered front porch. (There is also a private entrance for the basement via the back of the home.)
The main level and upstairs is one living space with 3 bdrms and 2 bthrms, laundry and built-in sauna.
The basement includes 1 bdrm, 1 bthrm, laundry and full kitchen, more about the basement below. The basement will be keyed separate from the main level.
The entire home will be rented to the same party. We will not facilitate separate rental arrangements. Further details to be discussed and agreed upon in writing before processing any applications.
The main level receives lots of natural sunlight via a large number of windows and skylights.
The large, well-lit kitchen (west facing) includes a gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, garbage disposal, wine rack, and a bar sink in addition to the full-sized sink. The ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen wraps around the large countertop/eating bar into a sun-filled dining area which leads to the west facing back patio. Both the kitchen and dining area feature extra tall ceilings with skylights.
The large livingroom has hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace and a conservatory room facing the street that has drapes so it can be separated from the livingroom if so desired. Stairs leading to the upstairs and to the basement are both accessed from the livingroom.
The bedroom on the main level (13' x 7') has a west facing window and sizable walk-in closet with a small crystal chandelier and lots of storage. There is also a door that leads to the private patio that wraps around to the back of the house (west facing).
The west facing bathroom boasts two large, wall mounted medicine cabinets, lots of counter space and a full-sized tub/shower with a glass block wall.
A washer and electric dyer with large folding table and cabinet storage is located across the hall from the bedroom.
The main level of the home is heated by a gas-fueled boiler that's located in the basement, which also supplies all the hot-water for the home.
Upstairs has two bedrooms each with angled ceilings, the east facing bedroom (13' x 10') and south facing bedroom (11 ' x 10') both have in-wall electric heat. Carpet in both bedrooms, the hall and stairs leading down to the main floor.
The west facing bathroom features an extra tall ceiling, a built-in sauna, a large walk-in shower, lots of light and counter space, plus an in-wall heater and a ceramic tiled floor.
The basement is setup as a potentially separate living space with a private entrance off the back of the house.
The fully functional kitchen has an electric range w/ ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, garbage disposal, lots of storage and countertop space.
