This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and double sink bathroom right off suite. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas stove/oven and microwave. Nice big bar area, as well as a dining area in the main open room.
The whole house has been recently remodeled with fresh paint and redone hardwood floors. The large backyard (with a medium/large dog door!) is also a great place to hang out in the summertime!
Very close to shopping, restaurants, Eisenhower Park and Rec Center, the Highline Canal Trail, Happy Canyon Plaza, S Colorado Blvd, and easy access to I-25 and light rail.
The pictures show it furnished, but the house will be empty for move in.
The house is available starting on September 1st. We are looking for a one year lease. $3,800 Rent, Utilities paid by tenant (Water, Electric, Gas, Internet). House is dog friendly, but no cats! Heat is central heating, AC is Evaporative Cooler (works REALLY well in CO).
