It can also be configured as a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit for two people. It is very spacious and features a private bathroom and central air conditioning. You do not share the kitchen, refrigerator, or washing machine with anyone else. Basic furnishings including a mattress, desk, chairs, dual monitors, a microwave, and various small appliances are provided, and there is a small balcony for drying clothes.
It is a 10-minute walk to Penn Medicine, 15 minutes to Wharton/GSE, and 25 minutes to the School of Engineering.
The 40th Street subway station is just a two-minute walk away, making for an easy commute to Center City.
The 40th Street area offers a wide variety of restaurants, including Chinese, ramen, sushi, Indian, fried chicken, and pizza. There is an Acme supermarket nearby, and a more budget-friendly ALDI is a 10-minute walk to the west, making it easy to run errands on your way to or from work or class. Pets are not accepted at this time.
