Apartment is available as early as Feb 1st, Feb 15th, March 1st, or March 15th. 12 month lease required with security deposit ($1800) and 1st month rent ($1800) total of $3600 due on lease signing. Tenant pays gas (heat/hot water/stove) and electricty, separtely metered and contracted in their name. Water and trash are included in rent. Pets must be friendly, non marking, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccines. Renter's insurance is required to include pets. We cannot allow pit bull type, mastiff type, or wolf hybrid dogs due to insurance issues. One stall in 2 stall detached garage available for off-street parking. This is a smoke free building.

Vintage craftsman style, clean, approx. 1160 sq ft. first floor spacious duplex with good size bedrooms and living space.… Unit consists of entry with coat closet, livingroom, sunroom, diningroom, kitchen, bathroom and 2 similarly sized bedrooms. Apartment is hard wood floors throughout, except for tile in bathroom and linoleum in kitchen. Kitchen is slightly dated, but you could also see it as having some cool 70s vintage flair! Landlord is responsive and can fix issues quickly. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Two blocks to Hennepin Ave S and new rapid bus E line (formerly route 6) that goes from Southdale and Fairview Hospital through Downtown to the Univeristy of Minnesota. Close to coffee shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to Lake Maka Ska 32nd St Beach. Dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and fridge in kitchen. Washer and dryer in basement. Dedicated space for storage in basement. Radiator heat. Space in backyard for a garden- previous tenant had a garden. Fireplace is non operational- just for looks. RENTAL CRITERIA We conduct an Individualized Assessment based on our Rental Criteria for prospective tenants according to City of Minneapolis Rental Screening Ordinance.
