Lease terms

LEASE TERMS: Pets: Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit per pet, with a maximum of two pets per unit. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. Utilities: The landlord covers the cost of landscaping, water, sewer, maintenance and trash removal. The tenants are responsible for gas, and electricity bills. Lease length: The initial lease term will be for 12 months, with the option to renew at the end of the term. Rent: The monthly rent is $1,300.00 due on the first day of each month. A late fee will be charged for rent payments received. First Month's Rent: The first month's rent will be due at the time of signing the lease agreement. Security deposit: A security deposit of $1,300.00 is due at the time of signing the lease agreement, which will be refunded at the end of the lease term, provided there is no damage to the unit. Maintenance: The tenants are responsible for keeping the unit clean and in good condition. The landlord will cover the cost of repairs and maintenance for normal wear and tear. Tenants will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
