Looking to lease a 3-bed, 2-bathroom ranch house in a peaceful but highly accessible Six Forks neighborhood.…
The place is a one story, three bathroom, two bedroom with two large living rooms, both with fireplaces. There is obviously a kitchen, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer hookups are easily accessed, but the machines are not included. There is also a small dining room/office off the kitchen and living room that has access to a screened in porch. All bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans. The entire house has true hardwood floors. Both front and back yards are spacious, the back yard is fully fenced in, and the area in general is quite private and quiet. There is even a smaller cellar for extra storage space.
Walking distance to many restaurants, Costco, Wegmans, Chase Bank, a greenbelt trail that is beautiful...the area is tremendous.
Cats and dogs are allowed with approval and deposit.
Tenants pay all utilities.
