Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property, and additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur a charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Please dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure, report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival, and wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Do not rearrange furniture. Guests using the pool do so at their own risk, and children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Guests should not use the pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and should shower before entering. Please ensure no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. Follow all posted pool guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior. Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable.
