Ground level, spacious apartment. Entire apartment will be painted a light gray to coordinate with the flooring, prior to new tenant moving in.… The carpet in the living room and bedrooms is less than 2 years old. LVP flooring has been installed in the bathroom (not pictured) and kitchen. Installation was less than a year ago. Spacious kitchen with tons of cabinet space. Water, sewer and trash included in rent. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only a 5-minute drive to Mt. St. Mary's College and 7 minutes to route 15. Students are encouraged to apply. Showings will not be scheduled without a completed and pre-approved application. I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets at this property. No exceptions.
