Thank you for considering our fully furnished, charming 2 bed, 2 bath 100+ year old cabin situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Woodland Park! For years, this cabin has been used as a short term rental with hundreds of glowing reviews until the city of WP squashed that, and now we midterm and longterm. Lucky you! Feel free to inquire about other arrangements, but we are most interested in either a 10-12 month or 24 month lease beginning in mid August 2026. We are mostly locals, and while we do have personal boundaries, we are quite attentive landlords. Rent price includes use of all furnishings, an equipped kitchen with electric stovetop and dishwasher, linens, towels, starter supplies like TP and laundry soap, cozy fireplace and up to $300 in utilities each month. Does not include firewood, internet, outdoor shed, or use of mailbox (renters need their own P.O. Box in town). The Master Bedroom currently includes a super comfy king bed with ensuite bath and there are built in bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has blackout shades. We would consider removing the bunks and replacing with a full or queen bed for the right renter. The sofa in the living room folds out to a memory foam queen bed for guests. The master bath is a full bath with tub and shower combo. The guest bath was just added and is off the kitchen and is combined with the laundry room sporting a small stackable washer and dryer. There is no AC, however Colorado's climate rarely requires it. Forced air heat and the fireplace should keep you toasty in winter. The backyard is fully fenced. Renters will not have use of the storage shed, however there is a porch overhang to store bicycles, etc. and the house has an attached storage room that houses some home supplies/equipment that guests may also partially use. Renters are responsible for arranging snow removal and maintaining the yard. Snow shovel and electric mower are provided. We allow up to 2 reasonable sized dogs with landlord approval. Dogs are NOT permitted on furniture, as our furniture cannot withstand the wear and tear and they may not be left outside to bark and disturb our lovely, retired neighbors on either side. Thanks!

The bunks can sleep average adults, not only children. The sofa in the living room folds out to a memory foam queen bed for guests. The master bath is a full bath with tub and shower combo. The darling guest bath was just added and is off the kitchen and is combined with the remodelled laundry room sporting a small stackable washer and dryer. There is no AC, however Colorado's climate rarely requires it. Forced air heat and the fireplace should keep you toasty in winter. The backyard is fully fenced and ready for your furry friends, with a patio, outdoor dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and a gas grill for your use. You can just glimpse Pikes Peak through the trees! There is also a quiet porch off the front of the house with seating for a morning cup of coffee.
